A recent guest described this home as "a gem" - and we agree! Natural light, exposed beams, and beautiful wood floors welcome you as you enter this charming Hampton Bays retreat. Comfy seating, smart TVs & a long dining table provide the perfect setting in which to create new memories with friends and family. The bay is within walking distance and so is popular restaurant, Rumba. And only a 5 minute drive to the beach!Bedrooms:There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom (king bed) has its own bathroom while the other two rooms (queen beds) share a bathroom located off the living room. The fourth bedroom (king bed) is located up the stairs and does not have a bedroom door, as it is more of a loft-like room (but is just as large as the master bedroom). Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and extra blankets and pillows.Kitchen:The kitchen is stocked with cooking equipment and is one of my favorite kitchens to cook in! We also have a Keurig coffee machine and a French Press for you to use, as well as an electric kettle for tea drinkers.Backyard:The backyard has an upper level deck and a lower level deck. On the upper level deck, we have a long dining table perfect for outdoor meals. The lower level has the heated outdoor pool, BBQ and in the warmer months, we have all the outdoor furniture your heart desires!Working Stations/ Entertainment:We have two desks, perfect for working from home- one in the upstairs loft and one in the master bedroom. Guests have access to extremely fast wifi!The living room is cozy and has 3 windows with bay views. We also have a variety of puzzles and games for your entertainment and a Peloton in the loft.
