Summary:
Counselor will act as ancillary support to clinical and multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing substance use oriented treatment services.
Counselor will provide said services in both individual and group settings.

Responsibilities:
Counselor will participate in regular staff/case conference meetings Counselor will complete psychosocial, and various other assessments Counselor will assist in formulating person-centered treatment plans Counselor will facilitate psychoeducational groups and lectures Counselor will assist in discharge planning process Counselor will assist in family oriented psychoeducation and counseling Counselor will commit to providing clinical coverage for Primary Counselors Education:
