ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Hampton Bays, NY) Shoreline Connected Systems in Hampton Bays, NY is looking for an individual to fulfill a long-term position as an Administrative Assistant, who will serve as administrative support and as a liaison for our employees and customers.
You will often act as the first point of contact for our clients by greeting any walk-in customers, as well as answering incoming phone calls.
You will also be responsible for making outgoing phone calls and emails to customers and vendors to follow up on requests, job status inquiries, job material tracking, and more.
The ideal candidate will also assist with organization and scheduling, playing a major role in the efforts to increase efficiency and boost good communication within the company.

We install and service audio/video systems, home networks
WiFi, music systems, home theaters, surveillance systems, and much more.
This position will be based out of our Southampton Village showroom location.

Showroom is located at 88 W Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays, NY 11946.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Answer incoming phone calls in a kind and professional manner.
Greet any walk-in customers with a warm smile.
Maintain an organized and professional office/showroom workspace.
Contribute to an organized filing system, utilizing cloud-based services such as Dropbox, Gmail, Airtable, and more.
Respond to all inquiries from - inbound calls, emails, walk-ins, and staff.
Create job-tickets from technicians follow-up notes from service call records.
Making sure nothing gets dropped or forgotten in the process.
Assist the business owners with administering company-wide policies.
Interface and work closely with customers, operations, and all company staff to deliver top-notch communication and customer service to our customers.
